This is my commercial design & motion work up to date with samples from clients that range from the Art Director's Club to Comedy Central and BET Networks. I've also included student work I created while taking School of Motion's Bootcamps. To bring my client's creative vision to life, I mainly use Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Cinema 4D.
Some of the key skills showcased in my reel are:

For the New Edition Story Show Open, I collaborated with designer/animator Luis Moya to recreate stylized assets for the animated open that were similar but not identical to the original New Edition album artwork. The artwork we created is more of a modern nostalgic take on the albums themselves.
I used Cinema 4D, Illustrator and Photoshop to breathe new life into two of New Editions's album covers for the open, "All For Love and "Under the Blue Moon". My version of "All For Love" made it into the final cut of the open.
I've included a "making of" the "All For Love" cover as well as sample storyboards of the "Under the Blue Moon" cover that didn't make it into the final. "Under the Blue Moon" is a composite of different images in Photoshop to get the needed stylized look the piece required.
Client: Art Director's Club
This initiative aims to make women's role in the design industry more prominent. It has been one of my very favorite projects to volunteer for.

Working with the On-Air team at BET Networks under the art direction of Dana Kinlaw, I teamed up with Luis Moya to work on the teaser for BET Awards 2017
This was a really fun project to work on. My role was to composite the first half of the spot. The concept behind it is obviously "bigger". I used After Effects tracking and masking to composite the shots. I also giggled heavily through out this process.
These are image driven Network IDs I worked on for BET's sister network Centric. The first ID featuring moms and their daughters earned me a nomination for a 2016 Promax BDA in the Best Art Direction/Design category.
I processed and cleaned up all images/footage and animated the content with the newly re-designed fresh look of the network.
During School of Motion's Animation Bootcamp, I was challenged to produce work based on animation principles as they pertain to motion graphics specifically.
These are some of my favorite samples of the assignments I worked on.
Client: Comedy Central
Gabriel Iglesias Show Open for Season 2 of his Stand-Up Revolution Show was completely built from the ground up. I was given 3 musts: MUST have the VW Bug, MUST travel from point A to point B and lastly, MUST have his friend Martín included within the open.
I started by creating 3 different narratives and the second story line was picked by the clients. From there, style frames for the look and feel of the piece were built. The talent came in for the photo shoot once a style had been chosen and stills were shot on green screen.
Following the photo shoot, the cleaning up process started as well as the creation and break down of the pieces for animating the backgrounds, the talent and all other creatures and people seen in the final version.
After this, I teamed up with Brandon Campbell to cover the considerable amount of animation needed for the final product. As extensive as this project was, it was a great learning experience since I extended my skill set to include directing a photo shoot with the talent. It was a lot of work, but a lot of fun and I'm really happy with the end result.
I've teamed up with my friend Danny Gil to inform Millennials about their influence in the past US 2016 election. A self-produced love child project, we both enjoyed working together on this piece and hope to have raised some awareness as a result.
